Internal information system, whistleblowing channel

The whistleblowing channel is the internal information system that Indexa Capital Group provides to employees, managers, administrators, suppliers, contractors, shareholders, agents, interns, workers, and external advisers, to report any actions contrary to the law and/or Indexa Capital Group's internal regulations.

What is not the whistleblowing channel?

This whistleblowing channel does not act as a communication channel for investors and clients, nor is it the appropriate tool for making complaints as a supplier or client.

How does it work?

If you have had any relationship with Indexa Capital Group, you can email canaldenuncias@indexacapital.com, confidentially and anonymously if you wish, to report potential legal violations, financial and accounting irregularities, corporate behaviours, or possible breaches of internal procedures such as the general code of conduct (in Spanish) or the corporate governance procedure (in Spanish).

This action will not be subject to any reprisals (see the guarantees and rights of the informant in our whistleblowing management policy (in Spanish) and in the whistleblowing procedure (in Spanish)).

Confidentiality is the general criterion that underpins this whistleblowing channel, so the report will be treated according to the principles of the current data protection law, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and the current informant protection law, Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting infringements and combating corruption.

Only the corporate defence committee of Indexa Capital AV, as the responsible entity for Indexa Capital Group's internal information system, can access the content of the report. The person in charge of the corporate defence committee will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the received reports.

In addition to the whistleblowing channel, it is also possible to contact the Spanish Independent Authority for Informant Protection.
